A 3pm press briefing at the City Chambers today will reveal, 'some of the outcomes of the mediation process' according to an article in the Guardian on 11 May:

however the briefing will not include, 'a final cost for the project or a full programme', arguably the only two useful pieces of information at this time.

Present at the presentation will be:

Noticeable by their absence are any representatives from the BSC consortium - under the terms of the contract, they are forbidden from speaking publicly on the project.
